| Drugs of choice are either Penicillin or Amoxicillin | |||
|
Take one tablet a day 4 times a day till gone |
Take one tablet three times a day till gone
|

| If no response within 48 hours using penicillin or amoxicillin: | |||
|
Take one tablet four times a day till gone
|
|||
| If no response to either penicillin, amoxicillin or cephalexin use both of the following simultaneously | |||
Take one tablet four times a day |
Take one tablet four times a day |

|
If allergic to penicillin ( be aware that people allergic to penicillin also will usually be allergic to amoxicillin, and 50% of people allergic to penicillin will also be allergic to cephalexin) |

|
Take one tablet four times a day till gone |
|
||
| If no response in 48 hours | |||
|
Take two capsules every six hours |
